These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ClubOS website (clubos.tech) and participation in the ClubOS waitlist, operated by VE2 Ventures, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. By accessing our website or joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit your email address.

2. Waitlist and Communications

When you join our waitlist, you consent to receive the following communications from ClubOS:

• Updates on what we are building
• Occasional insights related to football club operations

3. No Guarantee of Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to ClubOS or any future products or services. We reserve the right to limit access, modify our offerings, or discontinue the waitlist at any time without prior notice.
