But that is not what this is. This is a solution that will change the way clubs operate, and we are ready to show you exactly what it is we have been working on and why you should care if you’re obsessed with how football is run.
The vision of a platform that connects your whole club
For those of you who actually work inside a football club, you will know how much preparation goes into running a club. New season start, transfer windows, next fixture, new sponsor, new trainer. It never ends. There is always a next milestone to reach, always a deadline, and the pressure is on. The last thing you want is to do more admin, more meetings, and more discussions. Your focus needs to be on what you do best, and that is what our vision is with ClubOS: providing you with a platform you can blindly trust to do your job.
The best part of ClubOS is that we bring the whole club together into one platform, allowing everyone to work from the same picture. The same information, entered once, adapted to the needs of each department. It offers a level of intelligence that can only be unlocked when departments are connected.

What we built
So what is this platform that we have been raving about:
ClubOS is one system made of three parts that all work as one, and those parts are a hub that gives the whole club a single shared picture, the specialist platforms where each department does its daily work, and the decision rooms where the biggest calls get made together. Everything a specialist enters flows straight up into the hub, and everything the hub knows is already waiting there the moment a decision room opens, which means nothing ever has to be chased down or re-entered or remembered by force.
The Management Hub
The Management Hub is where everyone at the club lands and works together inside a shared platform that puts the whole club on the same page from the very start. It is the view a director opens first thing in the morning to see the club at a glance, and it is also the place a brand new member of staff opens on their very first day in order to understand how the club actually works. Sitting underneath that picture are the everyday features that every team ends up relying on:
- A shared calendar that runs across the whole club, so that fixtures and training and travel and events all live in one view and the entire club works from the same schedule, from the first team through to the academy and from the sporting staff through to the commercial side.
- Shared task and project boards, which let you assign and track and hand off work across departments so that it stays visible and accountable instead of quietly disappearing into chat threads and overflowing inboxes.
- A way to follow the whole club at once, with every match and every training session and every player sitting in one shared view, so that anyone can stay on top of the club's sporting operations rather than only their own corner of it.
- The freedom to build your own dashboards, so you can configure a club-wide notice board around the metrics that genuinely matter and everyone sees the numbers driving the club live and in one place.
This is what finally replaces the mental juggling act that so many people have been performing for years. Instead of holding the club together across scattered inboxes and spreadsheets and a dozen separate logins, the people running it get one connected picture that covers on-pitch and off-pitch and stretches from the first team all the way to the academy. Because everything the specialists do flows up into it automatically, the Hub stays current on its own without anyone having to spend their evenings keeping it that way.
The specialist platforms
A club is made up of specialists, and a generic tool ends up serving none of them particularly well, so above the hub sit dedicated platforms, each built around the way a specific role actually works and each feeding everything it captures up into the hub. There is one shaped for the physio and one for the analyst and one for the academy coach, one for the scout and one for the marketer and one for the performance staff, and each one is designed for that specific job, kept simple enough to genuinely live in every day, and connected so that the work done inside it strengthens everything sitting above it.
This is the part that has to earn its place by making someone's actual week noticeably better. Take the mental-skills coach at one of our partner academies, who is responsible for around 120 young players spread across five different age groups. The one-to-one notes and the exercises, and the season-long picture of how each player is developing all used to mean hours of copying information between files and chasing players to confirm they had actually done their work. Now all of it lives in one platform; instead, players receive their own notifications, and they can look back over everything they have done so far. As she put it herself:
"It saves me so much time. I don't have to put everything in a file myself anymore, it's all on one dashboard. The biggest benefit is the ease of it."
That is the test every specialist platform has to pass, which is whether it genuinely gives someone their time back and lets them spend it on the part of the job they actually love. In her case, the time she saves goes straight back into the one-to-ones with the players, which is the work she came to do in the first place.
Each platform stands perfectly well on its own, and together they feed the layer that makes ClubOS far more than the sum of its individual parts.

The decision rooms
This is where ClubOS does the one thing that nothing else in football really does. A decision room brings together everything that matters for one specific decision, whether that is who to sign or who is fit to play or who to promote or who to release, and it brings together only the things that matter for that decision. All the noise falls away, and the relevant picture, drawn from every platform and every department, is simply there in one place waiting for you.
A decision room is built to support whatever actually happens next rather than just presenting information and stopping there. The people involved can work inside it together, it alerts you the moment something changes that affects an open decision, whether that is a new injury report or a shift in form or a number that has moved, and it keeps a lasting record of what was known and why a decision was made, so that the reasoning stays with the club even long after the people involved have moved on.
This is also where the intelligence layer really comes to life. A decision room does not simply gather the data and leave it at that, because it also surfaces the relationships hidden inside that data, the patterns a person could easily miss, and the connections a club always quietly suspected but could never actually prove. The decision itself stays fully human throughout, and the person making it simply has the full picture standing behind them along with a record they can genuinely stand on afterwards.

ClubOS x Almere City - Football Club Data Doesn't Lie
How we're building it
A quick word here on who "we" actually are. ClubOS is built by ve2ventures, a sports and media tech venture studio, and the idea did not start in a boardroom, because it started inside real football clubs. Through our work across football, and through a network of thousands of football professionals, the same thing kept surfacing again and again, which is that every club at every level finds the big decisions hard, simply because the information needed to make them is scattered across different tools and different people and never quite gathered in one place. ClubOS is our answer to a problem we kept seeing with our own eyes.
We are also building it the way we honestly believe this kind of thing should be built, which is in the open and with clubs rather than for them. Every part of ClubOS has been shaped by people who run clubs every day, working on real clubs and real problems, and our partners are not a customer list to us, because they are genuinely co-builders.
Almere City FC, which is one of the youngest professional clubs in the Netherlands and describes itself as young and headstrong and ambitious, has been with us since very early on. Their staff has shaped the product from the inside across the first team and the academy and everything in between, and for them this is not some experiment running on the side, because as their Head of Talent Development put it, the ambition is written into the club's technical plans all the way out to 2030:
"Working club-wide, with as little scattered around as possible, everything visible at the touch of a button, that's who we are. The more technology develops, the better. As a young club, we want to be the ones leading on that."
ClubOS x Almere City - Building the Club's Football Operations Backbone
Cascais holds a genuinely special place in how we build, because it is the first club run by Estrella Football Group, which is part of the same ve2ventures ecosystem as ClubOS. That closeness is a real advantage for everyone involved, since it gives us direct day-to-day access to a club's operations and to the people inside it, which in turn means we can build and test and refine alongside a club that is genuinely open to us at every single level.
Building with clubs also means building with people who have lived the problem from the other side of it entirely. One of our own team played the game before joining us, and he knows exactly what it costs when a club's knowledge fails to follow the player:
"One club knows something about you and the other doesn't. But even within a club, if you change teams or move up, data gets lost. I've been a victim of that myself."
That is the kind of insight you simply cannot get from the outside looking in, and it is precisely why we build with the people who have actually felt it.
